A much-loved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, Robert C. Keller, 87, of Naples Florida, passed away peacefully at his home September 17, 2021, with his family present. Originally from Bronx, New York, where he spent his youth and attended Cardinal Hayes High School and later Fordham University. Bob proudly served in the United States Coast Guard and later became an engineer working for the NY Telephone Company. When his family started to grow Bob moved his family out of Bronx to Spring Valley, NY. In 1970 they moved to Park Ridge, NJ and then in 1995 Bob and Gloria relocated to Forked River, NJ. Finally in 2017 they decided to spend the rest of their lives in Naples and leave the cold and snowy weather of the northeast.
For the last 65 years Bob was married to the love of his life Gloria King. Bob is survived by his son Robert and daughter-in-law Jeanine, daughter Debra and son-in-law Robert Crine, his youngest son Michael and daughter-in-law Maria and six grandchildren Courtney, Tyler, Robert, Michael, Nick and Samantha, plus his two great grandchildren Arianna and Mason. He loved all of them and they will greatly miss him.
A private family remembrance celebration will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at Hodges-Josberger Funeral Home on Marco Island.
