Jody was a bright light, and I always enjoyed her energy, enthusiasm, and effervescence.  My condolences to Sue, Effie, and the rest of the family.

 Dear Stephen, Effie and Susan,

I was so sorry  to learn that Jody has died.  I had not seen her and you Steve outside of your lovely home on Washington St. for a few years, and missed the friendly wave and smile.  In fact, Mimi and I were standing just on the sidewalk from 7 to 9 am just by your house, holding signs for Biden and Harris, on election day last week, and I almost rang your bell to say hello.  Jody was a lively member of the Stratton girls who lived a block away from my  family for many years, and her mom Helen and my mom Kaye were best friends, and Helen was so helpful when my mom had Altzheimers  and eventually needed a senior living place,  And I send my love and condolences to Effie and Susan, whom I haven't seen either for far too long.  Mimi and I are living Zoom lives at 7 Glover Square, and would love to see you,  Again, our thoughts are with you in your loss.   Don   "Dee"  Gardner

I had the privilege of training Jody at Get in Shape in Marblehead a few years ago. She would come in and work hard and we would laugh even harder! She had a compassionate heart and a wonderful zest for life. We had many sweet conversations that always ended with a hug! She was such an encouragement to me and the rest of the girls! She will be missed dearly!  

Jody was a SPIN mate at the Salem YMCA. It was always so refreshing to be greeted with her ready smile at the early morning classes. She was a fun and disciplined rider and will be very much missed.

I am so sorry to learn of Jody's passing. I cannot imagine life without her by your side. I know she loved you fiercely. That is one of the things that I admired about Jody was that she always made me feel appreciated and I knew she was sincere. Sounds so simple but not easy for everyone. I will always be grateful for the privilege of having her in our (dental) office and seeing her around Marblehead.

Jody and I were friends at Shore School many years ago.  I am so sorry to hear about her death.  She was always fun.  I wish our paths had crossed again.   Please accept my condolences.   Best wishes,

I extend my heartfelt sympathy to Jody’s loved ones. I am so saddened by her passing.  I will miss her warmth, wonderful laugh, wit, wisdom and ability to make everyone feel special. I am blessed to have known her and will cherish her memory.

I met Jody at the Salem YMCA during our early morning spin classes. I was so sad to hear of her passing . She was so kind and really great to talk to. I will deeply miss her. My condolences to her family and close friends. May she rest In peace.

I met Jody at Body Moves and danced with her for 12 years.  I was always so happy to see Jody’s smiling face. She was such a positive person and so much fun.  She always made me laugh. I’m so sad that her wonderful spirit has left this world.   Sending prayer and love.
