William (Bill) Francis Reutebuch, age 79, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. Bill was born June 29, 1944, in Logansport, IN.
Bill worked as a Produce Buyer for various grocery chains for more than 40 years. Bill was a simple man and loved to watch his sports, especially the Houston Astros. He also enjoyed watching, John Hagee, an old western, and a good cooking show. He loved a homemade Italian dish of any kind…Buono, Eccellente!
Bill was a loving father, grandfather, and friend to everyone. In all realms of his life, he was the rare embodiment of a man. His quick wit, laughter and smile were contagious. He was loved by his compassionate ways, and caring heart. He was a precious soul who loved the Lord, and called upon him often. Bill also left a lasting impression with his character, humor & tenacity.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents, William Howard & Florence Russo Reutebuch, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Bill is survived by his four children. Daughter Tonya Reutebuch Atkins, son William L. & wife Colleen Reutebuch, twins; daughter Ashley D. Reutebuch & spouse Steven S. Rodgers, and son Zakery D. & wife Amanda Reutebuch. He is also survived by his three grandsons, Daniel V. Martinez, Hunter D. Rodgers & Jacob Reutebuch.
The family would like to express sincerest appreciation to the staff of The Brixton at Horseshoe Bay for the compassionate and devoted care he received.
We know that God is pleased to have one of his kind & generous angels back in his arms where he belongs. Bills ashes will be handed to his loving family. No future private or public services will be announced.
