Clay was a family oriented man who enjoyed fishing, hunting and ranch work. He appreciated all the outdoors have to offer.
Clay was one of a kind. He forged his own path. Clay’s heart was full of love, he was blessed with a compassionate and forgiving nature.
Clay taught us a lot. He challenged our beliefs and caused us to reflect on ourselves. He made us better people for knowing him.
Clay will be remembered for his beautiful smile, sparkling eyes, comforting embrace and a personality that could light up a room.
Our only solace in this tragic time is knowing that Clay now basks in the sunlight of the spirit.
Clayton is survived by his parents, Kris and Kathy Sonnamaker, other mothers Barbra Puckett and Irene Rodriguez, brother Joshua Buss and his wife Meagan and niece Ava Grace, his girlfriend Megan Bryant and children Scarlet and Grayson, grandfather Gerald Hamett, Sr, many aunts, uncles, cousins and many cherished friends as well as his father Rick Tyndall.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Donna Hamett, great grandmother Lucy “GG” Tuck and his cousin Gerald “Trey” Hamett, III.
