Stephen was a 1981 graduate of Ontario High School and was the owner of Fultz Fabrication and Speed Shop. He was a member of Hillside First Church of God. He loved playing music and anything to do with racing especially dirt track racing. Stephen’s latest passion was bicycling.
He is survived by his mother, Patty Jo Owens; his companion, Pamela Ransom; his brother, Tom (Lisa) Fultz; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; his special friends, Bruce Garverick and Steve Shafer; his racing family; and his dogs, DeeDee, Brown, Trey, Smoke and Pup whom he loved dearly.
In addition to his father, Tom Fultz, Sr., he was preceded in death by a sister, Barb Fultz and his grandparents.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 14, 2023 at Hillside First Church of God, 2369 Bowman Street Road, Mansfield, Ohio 44903.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Richland County.
