Stanley had worked for AK Steel and later retired after many years. He was active in church and enjoyed serving others, often volunteering for Meals on Wheels. He loved time spent with family, especially his grandchildren, and cherished the many wonderful memories they shared.
He is survived by his children, Donald (Lori) Zeigler and Beth (Michael) Shaughnessy; grandchildren, Connor Shaughnessy, Caitlyn (Joshua) Fallon, Colton (Megan) Zeigler, Cory Strassell and Morgan Zeigler; and great-grandchildren, Scarlet Fallon and Bryson McDonald.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sara Zeigler; and brothers, William Zeigler and Douglas Zeigler.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Mansfield Memorial Park. Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services by Wappner is honored to serve the family.
