Linda Waggle, 68, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2024. She was born in Canton, June 18, 1956 to Paul and Edith (Boley) Girt. She married her husband, Dallas, March 26, 1978, after a whirlwind romance. Linda enjoyed anything having to do with creative art. She spent her time decorating and making macramé, pottery, quilting, and antiquing. She was a member of the Black Fork Quilting Guild and Mansfield Quilting Guild. Linda liked to ride motorcycles and travel. She loved church, singing, and her family. She enjoyed helping people, giving gifts, and being involved with charities. Linda was a great party planner, a tremendous homemaker, and a wonderful cook – every dish she made was her best dish.
Linda is survived by her husband, Dallas Waggle; sons, Jonah Waggle and Dale (Renee) Sprankle; brother, Ken Girt; sister, Mary Garcia; grandchildren, Sheyenne (Scott) Palmore, Sierra (Will) Swann, Lennox Waggle, and Everett Waggle; great-grandchildren, Paisley and Polly Palmore; half-sisters, Emma Girt and Mary Ann Mayer Shurer; half-brother, William Girt; sister and brothers-in-law, Beverly (Earl) Snyder and David Waggle; and many nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Edith Herning; half-brothers, Donald Girt, Charles Girt, and Paul Girt Jr.; father-in-law, Everett Waggle; and mother-in-law, Dorothea Waggle.
