Carol Joy Daly, 76, of Mansfield, passed away Sunday, December 8, 2024, at the Arbors of Mifflin. She was born to the late Ivan and Betty (Fliger) Henry April 5, 1948, in Loudonville. Carol worked as a Legal Assistant Clerk while enlisted in the United States Marine Corp and later as a Nursing Assistant. She loved to spend time with family and friends playing bingo, fishing, or shopping at thrift stores.
Carol is survived by her children, Gordon (Carrie) Baker and Phillip Smithhisler Jr.; her sisters, Janet Cantwell and Iva (Jonnie) Rush Sr.; grandchildren, Kristyn Baker, DJ Williams, Codie Hinton, Corie Hinton, Ivan Smithhisler, Robyn Smithhisler, Mary Smithhisler, and Kaycee Leighty; and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Daly; and grandson, Tyler Askey.
In accordance with Carol’s wishes there will be no services. Wappner Funeral Directors-Mansfield is honored to serve the Daly family.
