Ronald W. Megill

Ronald W. Megill, age 60, of Toms River, New Jersey passed away at home on Tuesday, March 21, 2023. Ronald was born in Lakewood, NJ, on February 27, 1963 to parents Harold and Mary (nee Gifford) Megill. He grew up in Point Pleasant Boro. After graduating high school, Ronald met his future wife, JoAnn Dorey, and was married in 1985. He and his wife resided a short time in Point Pleasant Boro before relocating to Toms River, NJ. It is here that Ronald remained until his passing. Ronald worked for many years as a locksmith with Mr. Keys in Brick Twp.

Ronald is predeceased by his parents, Harold and Mary Megill and his brother Harry Megill, his father and mother in law, Chris and Anita Dorey and brother-in-law Peter Dorey.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, JoAnn and his brother, Gene Megill and his wife, Theresa, his sister in law, Terry Grubby and her husband Jimmie, brother-in-law Chris Dorey and his wife Karen and brother in law Billy Dorey. He is survived by many nieces and nephews

A visitation for Ronald will be held Friday, March 24, 2023 from 4 to 8 pm at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759. A committal service will occur Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 11 to 11:30 am at Farmingdale Evergreen Cemetery, 72 Adelphia Road, Farmingdale, NJ 07727. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made in honor of Ronald to a charity of your choice.
