Heard about Karen through Jaime and Serina! You know that I had an instant relationship with you as we had some common interests. However did not know that Karen was ill all these months. So sorry to hear about your loss  and my sincere condolences.

Dear Karen
You were my longest friend relationship and our friendship meant so much to me. We grew up on Bedford Ave in Bklyn neighbors and best friends from the age of 7. I cherish memories of our sleepovers. I was at your house for a sleepover when I learned my mother had died suddenly. You and your family helped me so much at this difficult time. I remember your mother teaching me how to iron. I also have fond memories of our summer days at Washington Baths which was after I’d moved away. Getting to be with you and Rona and Joan and Andi again was awesome. We weren’t really in touch after marriage but reconnected in 2015 when we met up with our old group in Long Island. Since then we’ve had our “BKLYN ZOOM VISITS “ to all stay connected. You are already missed dearly and will forever join us to zoom in spirit. Rest in peace my special friend.

Dear Stuie and family,

Lou and I send our deepest sympathy and love to you.   Karen was a friend of my sister in law and when we moved from Brooklyn to Marlboro Karen was a life saver to me when I needed some recommendation for an eye doctor just one month after we moved in.  Karen drove me and helped me follow up at an eye doctor. I will never forget her kindness.  Lou and I used to see you and Karen at Salon Cemone all the time.

Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and May Karen’s spirit and memory be a blessing.
