Joan H Dowler

Joan H. Dowler, 69, of Manalapan, New Jersey crossed over the rainbow Monday night around 9pm November 14, 2016.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York (in the Boro Park section) Joni, as everyone who knew her, lived a fun filled life surrounded always by her older brother, Murray, sister, Bernice, cousins, friends and other family members. The friendships she developed early on have continued to the end, which is sometimes rare... she worked in the garment center and loved the "Rag industry" and found her niche in sales... best saleslady ever.!!

She met the love of her life in the late 70's, Donald Dowler, married and brought 2 handsome boys into the world- Justin and Brandon.. they were married to the end for 38 years. Our shining light, Joni will be and is truly missed already.

Services will be will held at "BLOOMFIELD-COOPER JEWISH CHAPELS" 44 Wilson Avenue (Route #527 North) Manalapan, New Jersey on Sunday,November 20, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Visiting will be from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.

Shiva will be observed at the residence Sunday only.
