Chuck is survived by the “love of his life”, his best friend and fiancée Christy Wicks, his loving sisters; Wanda, Jenny and Crystal Edgley and her husband Andrew. He is also survived by his nephews; Thomas, Caden and Chase, his niece Chelsea, his Aunt Morta Lucadema and her family, his 2 Godsons, his step-father Lenny Gennaro, as well as many cousins whom he loved very much. Chuck was the best “New Daddy” to his cats, Holly Berry, Buttery and Casper.
He was predeceased by his beloved mother, Paula, whom he cherished very deeply in his heart.
Chuck was a Bakery Manager at Shop Rite for 29 years. He enjoyed playing tennis, listening to music and being the best “cat dad” ever. He enjoyed a good Bacon Cheeseburger and a Captain and Coke or 2.
Above all else, he was a devoted fiancée, brother, uncle and son. He was a friend to many and loved by all. He cherished the times that he spent with his family and friends. He will be missed but will live in our hearts forever.
A visitation will be held Friday, January 6, 2023 from 4:00-8:00pm at Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home, 10 Hilliard Dr., Manahawkin, NJ. Family and friends are invited to meet at the funeral home at 10:00am on Saturday, January 7, 2023, burial will follow at 11:30 at Ocean County Memorial Park, Waretown, NJ.
