I will miss you always... you were my bubby.

Ralph was a true friend and loved being a police officer. My dad thought the world of him and my entire family considered Ralph and Tammy our friends. Fly high old buddy. You earned your wings. Say hello to dad, Al and Wienel for me.

i WAS SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT RALPH'S PASSING I HAVE SEEN HIM FOR SEVERAL YEARS. RALPH AND I ATTENED THE WEST VIRGINIA STATE POLICE ACADEMY BASIC CLASS # 55 IN 1984-85.
HE WILL BE MISSED BY THOSE WHO KNEW AND LOVED HIM.

Ralph always had that big smile and I enjoyed working with him in South Charleston. May God comfort you in this time RIP Ralph

I will miss my Uncle Bubby!  He had the biggest heart and the funniest personality.  I’m so glad my boys got to meet him when we visited the family at my aunt’s lake house.  I know he is up in heaven with my grandparents watching over us.  Love to the family.  God bless. ❤️🙏🏼
