Nancy Helen Elder

Born in Madison Heights on March 1, 1935 she was a daughter of the late Elmer Cash and Helen Cash. She was a retired bus driver for Amherst County Public Schools.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son, Mark Elder and five brothers, Malcolm Cash, Kenneth Cash, Maury Cash, Ronald Cash and Mack Cash.

She is survived by her children, Deborah Elder of Lexington, Zandra Boone and Barry Elder both of Madison Heights; Siblings, Carl Cash of Kentucky and Kathleen McGinnis of Amherst; four grandchildren, Danny Elder, Heather Edmonds, Jarred Boone and Jacob Boone.

A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 am Friday, July 15, 2020 at Whitten Monelison Chapel with Pastor Jim Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in Fort Hill Memorial Park. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service starting at 10:00 am at Whitten Monelison Chapel.
