He is survived by his daughter Amy Rosser, her husband Toby, and their children of Madison Heights, his brother Randy “Bo” Rosser of Lynchburg, and his sister Connie Wilson and her husband David of Evington, and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Wayne Rosser and his sister Roberta Jett.
The family will host a reception for friends to celebrate his life on Monday, October 27, 2014 from 5 PM to 7 PM at the American Legion Post 274 on Dellwood Drive, Madison Heights, VA 24572.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
