LIZELLA – Linda Loyd Beall, 70, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, March 21, 2012. Funeral service and a time to celebrate her life will be held at 3 p.m., Friday in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Herschel Sizemore and the Rev. Johnny Baggett will officiate. The family will meet friends from 7 – 9 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home and while flowers are accepted, those who wish may make memorial contributions to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6262 Peake Road, Macon 31210.
Mrs. Beall, daughter of the late Herman Fletcher Loyd and Mary Lou Street Loyd, was born in Thomaston. She was a packer retired from Keebler Bakery after thirty-four years of service. Mrs. Beall and her husband were avid travelers who, for many years, enjoyed traveling with friends, Virginia and Bobby. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. Mrs. Beall was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church.
Mrs. Beall is survived by her loving family, her husband of fifty-two years, Jimmy Beall of Lizella; her sons, Rick (Lisa) Beall and Randy Beall, all of Macon; her daughter, Tracy Beall of Lizella; five beloved grandchildren, Kasey Robbins and Brian Beall of Lizella, Jason Beall, Jessica Beall and Augusta Leighann Beall, all of Macon; three sisters, Edna Thompson of Byron, Betty Harris of Macon and Dorothy Cranford of Jacksonville, NC; her brother, Bobby Loyd of Macon and several nieces and nephews.
