Joseph “Joey” Anthony Noon, Jr., 54, went to be with his Lord, Jesus Christ on Thursday, April 25, 2024. A Celebration of his Life will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, April 29, 2024 at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Bass Road, with visitation beginning at 1:00 PM. Burial will be private. Donations may be made to Atrium Health Navicent Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital, 888 Pine Street, Macon 31201 or Loaves and Fishes Ministry of Macon, 651 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Macon 31201.
Joey was a person who was always filled with life and cared for others. He had a love for music and loved to sing. He was the lead singer for a band that was called Black Wolf in the 80’s. Joey had a huge love for animals and would care for every stray that came to his house. He had a deep passion for building bikes and repairing them.
Joey was a man that loved and embraced life to the fullest. He loved all of his close friends and his family with everything he had and most of all, he loved telling jokes and making others laugh. Joey touched the hearts of many and will be sadly missed by all.
Joey is survived by his wife, Mitzi Holloway Noon of Forsyth; son, Lt. Riley Noon; brother, Richard Noon; sisters-in-law, Mandy Martin and Shawna Floyd.
Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Bass Road, has charge of arrangements.
