Macon-Homer Lee Robinson, Jr. 61, went to be with his heavenly father on August 9, 2013. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August, 11, 2013 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park with the Rev. Brad Marchman officiating. The family will greet friends from 2:00PM to 3:00PM prior to the funeral service.
Mr. Robinson was born in Macon to the late Vera Nell Walker Robinson and Homer Lee Robinson, Sr. He retired from the City of Macon as a heavy equipment mechanic, after retiring he worked for Macon Tractor as a mechanic. Mr. Robinson loved to watch old movies and listen to classic southern rock. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Robinson was a loving father, grandfather and bother. He was preceded in death by his sisters: Clara Lint and Lenora Selph and brother: Riley Robinson.
Mr. Robinson is survived by his children: Lisa (Sam) Marshall of Macon, Jake (Shandra) of Temple, GA, Jessica (Alexander) of Dallas, GA; 6 grandchildren; 2 sisters: Nuby Robinson of Macon and Judy Robinson of Macon; brother: James (Liz) Robinson of New Orleans, LA; several nieces and nephews.
