After a valiant fight, Elizabeth has peacefully left this earthly home on October 13, 2015 to be with her Heavenly Father. She leaves behind her beloved family, her beautiful and devoted daughters, Emma Grace Brock of Athens, GA and Martha Allison Brock of Alpharetta, GA; parents, Uvah Hughes Good, James Hooper Johnston, Jr.; brother, Kenneth Hughes Johnston, all of Macon, GA. She will also be missed by her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Frederic Benjamin Hall III, Richmond, VA; cousins, Cynthia Kirby of Clermont, FL, Karolyn Hall and Ben Hall of Richmond, VA and her very close friends.
Beth was a loving wife and mother, giving birth to the first successful in vitro baby in Central Georgia. She owned her own cleaning and catering businesses, and gifted with a beautiful voice, she appeared in many productions at the Macon Little Theatre.
Beth’s hobbies included flower arranging, writing, volunteering to help the less fortunate, traveling, mainly to the beach, but most of all, spending time with her girls and family.
Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. at Ingleside Baptist Church Chapel, with visitation from 1:30 to service time in the Fellowship Hall. Rev. James Jenson and Dr. Mark Hudgins will officiate.
