Donna Harrison Reed passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on November 28th, 2021 in Macon, Georgia. She was born Donna Sue Spangler on October 7th, 1940 in Ermine, Kentucky. Donna was the daughter of the late Homer & Gladys Spangler of Whitesburg, Kentucky.
She is survived by her loving husband Thomas Reed, brother Bob Spangler, sister Jeanne Afdahl, children Greg & Jeff Harrison, Wanda Mitchell, Carl Reed, nieces, nephews, and numerous grand & great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Stacey Fox.
The family will greet friends Friday, December 10th, 2021 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, 3077 Pio Nono Ave., Macon, GA. A Celebration of Her Life will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, 3077 Pio Nono Ave., Macon, GA with interment immediately following at Middle Georgia Memory Gardens Cemetery, 3225 Joycliff Rd., Macon. Friends and family are invited to attend a luncheon reception at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, 3077 Pio Nono Ave. after the cemetery service.
