Carol Ard, 78, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2024. A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Snow’s @ Macon Memorial Park with Pastor Paul Dziadul officiating. The family will greet friends from 10:00 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.
Carol was born in Samson, AL to the late Chester Arthur and Alma Avrett Parker. She was preceded in death by her son, Joey. Carol was retired after twenty five years as the Human Resource Manager at Belk Mathews. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Ard, children, Brandon (Stephanie) Ard, Christy (Shannon) Drew, and Jeff, grandchildren, Lauren, Logan, Brenden, Westen, and Hayden, brother, Dan (Charlotte) Parker and several nieces and nephews.
