Macon – Betty Hannah Elkins passed away May 27, 2010. Memorial services will be held 4:00 pm Sunday May 30, 2010 in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will be private. Rev. Wesley Jones will be officiating.
Mrs. Elkins was born in Gwinnett County to the late Earlie and Debbie Hannah. She was preceded in death by her husband Tunney Elkins, daughter Ingrid Elkins and 6 brothers and sisters. Mrs. Elkins was a member of Ingleside United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her children, Gene (Linda)m Elkins, Yvonne (Mark) Hunter, Terry Elkins; grandchildren, Christopher (Stephanie) Elkins, Joseph (Katherine) Elkins, Christopher (Melissa) Lindh, Andrew (Ange) Pepper; great grandchildren, Sierra, Summer, Nicholas Elkins, Hunter, and Hannah Elkins, Rowan and Carter Lindh, Sean and Aeden Pepper; brother, Earlie Hannah; sister, Dovie Candell.
The family will receive friends after the memorial service at the funeral home.
