Augusta E. Coleman

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with Father Allan J. McDonald officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue.

Mrs. Coleman was the widow of Robert Gerhardt Coleman; she was born in Macon to the late Ruby Simmons Euthon and Rudolf Euthon. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Four Season Garden Club. Mrs. Colman was preceded in death by her daughter: Elvie Haynes and granddaughter: Laurie Morrison.

Mrs. Coleman is survived by her son: Donald Whitehurst of Smyrna, Delaware; daughters: Sandra Asbell and Connie Bryant both of Macon; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; brother; Troy Sullivan; numerous nieces and nephews.
