Angelina Gibney

Angelina Gibney, 96, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2016. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Macon, GA with Father Vernon Knight officiating. Burial will be in the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Hightstown, NJ on Friday at 2:00 PM. A visitation will be held on Monday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street, Macon from 4:00 until 6:00 PM. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 830 Poplar Street, Macon, 31201.

Mrs. Gibney was born in Antwerp, Belgium the daughter of the late Maria V. Vidal and Joannes C. Vidal. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathleen Gibney. Mrs. Gibney was retired from Chase Manhattan Bank as a 2nd Vice President in the International Department. She was a long time resident of New York City, Hightstown, NJ and then Bedminster, NJ.

Mrs. Gibney is survived by her special friends, Laura and Jeff Paschke; their daughters, Carla Guy and Jen Prasse and their families.
