Mark A. Massetti

Mark A. Massetti, 65, of Loves Park, IL, passed away peacefully, Tuesday evening, September 27, 2022 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center with his family at his side. He was born December 29, 1956 in Rockford, IL, the son of Anthony and Jeannette (Kindell) Massetti. Mark worked for Barber Coleman and Bourn and Koch as a service technician for many years. An avid car enthusiast and car collector; he also loved spending time with family and friends.

Mark is survived by his children, Anthony (Daisy Soriano) Massetti and Jake (Lindsay) Massetti; grandchildren, Gianna and Anthony Massetti; sister, Lynnette Elliott; niece, Jeannine (Brad) Ferger; as well as great-niece and nephew, Taylor and Chase. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Robert “Bobo” Massetti and sister, Kathleen Massetti.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
