Charles (Chuck) J. Wells, 60, of Loves Park, Illinois passed away peacefully on Friday, April 1, 2022. Chuck was born on November 3, 1961 in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. The son of Lou Ann Donaldson (Ernie Donaldson) and Dick Wells. He loved spending time with family the most. He was a diehard Cubs and Packers fan. He will be loved and deeply missed.

Chuck is survived by his daughter, Adrian; his two sons, Justin and Jarred (Brittany); his six grandchildren, Austin, Kaitlynn, Andrew, Hayden, William and Landen; his four siblings, Curt, Rick, Rob and Lori, along with many nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by both parents; his son, Jon; his brother, Tom; and his beloved pets, Harley and Miss Kitty.

Celebration of Chuck’s life will be announced at a later date.
