Jo Ann Mullins

Jo Ann Mullins, age 92 of Mabank, Texas, passed away on December 10, 2020 in Mesquite, Texas.

Graveside Service for the family will be on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 1:00 PM. with Pastor Jody and Kathy Nichols officiating.

Jo Ann Mullins was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Dallas Giltner and Drusilla Mosgrove on December 29, 1927. She was married to James Burton Mullins from Stratford, Oklahoma for sixty-two years.

She and James enjoyed camping with The Cedar Creek Camping group, going to Shreveport, playing the piano and organ, her Bible Study class and making people laugh. She attended the First Baptist Church in Gun Barrel City.

She is preceded in death by her parents Giltner and Drusilla Mosgrove, husband James, brother Dennis Mosgrove, sister Mary Helen Johnson, son-n-law Glenn Henry, and great grandson Zachary Scott Gregory. She is survived by daughter Rebecca Keffer and husband John, son James Mullins Jr. and wife Susan, daughter Kathryn Jo Neill and husband Mike, and daughter Deborah Kay Henry. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, brother and sister-n-laws, and friends.
