Kenneth M. Morrison passed away August 6, 2013 at the age of 77. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Gail, along with his children Jean, James, Jeff, John and grandchildren Kiahndra, Mikaila, Jim, Natalie, Will and Peter; as well as siblings Elizabeth, Ida and Mark. Born in Boston in 1936, Ken relocated to Seattle in 1946 and graduated from Franklin High School in 1954. Following graduation he began a long and successful career with McKesson Corporation. Ken started in the warehouse, and progressed through a variety of sales and executive positions that took him throughout the country. However, he always seemed to find his way back to Seattle. Ken retired as a Regional Vice President of McKesson in 1998.
Ken and Gail were long time residents of Mill Creek and avid tennis players. They treasured their time traveling together throughout the world. Ken especially enjoyed planning trips for his extended family ranging across the globe.
A memorial service will be held at Mill Creek Country Club on September 1, 2013 at 2:00 in the afternoon. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, gifts be made in honor of Ken to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, www.pancan.org.
