Dot and I first met online in 2001, when we were dealing with our colon cancer. Even though we never met face to face we kept our friendship alive with phone calls and emails. Our friendship grew and we became great friends. When Dot went into the nursing home, I continued to call her and chat. Even though miles seperated us, I live in Oh, she became special to me.
