John was born and raised in Lynn Mass, and later he moved to New Hampshire with his family. He was an avid dirt biker, mechanic, and gifted artist. He was passionate about rock and roll, loved his Camaro, motorcycles, snow mobiles, and anything that was fast. He loved his family and friends, and was always there to help anyone that needed him. He was always the life of the party and had no fear; he lived his life to the fullest.
John leaves behind his life partner of 36 years Suzanne Randell, his son Jeffrey J. Randell, his daughter Jessica Randell, and his grandchildren Layla and Axyl.
He was the son of the late John C. Osborne Sr. and Dianne M. Dickson. John also leaves behind his brother James Osborne, wife Kathy, niece and nephew Nicholas and Kylie. John also leaves behind his wonderful caregivers that treated him like family.
