Born in Quincy, son of the late Daniel and Mary (Grady) Kinnally, Frederick graduated from Revere High School Class of 1956. After high school, Mr. Kinnally served his country in the US Air Force. Following his honorable discharge, Fred moved to Lynn to begin his family. He worked for the Federal Government, Defense Contract Management Agency, retiring in 1998 after many years of dedicated service.
He was a member of the Revere Lodge of Elks, #1171 where he served on several committees. Fred enjoyed working with his hands, was knowledgeable about building or fixing most things, and was always willing to help anyone who asked. He was very well loved, was a happy and kind hearted man with a great sense of humor.
In addition to his beloved wife, he is survived by his children, Karen (Kinnally) King and husband James of Virginia, Mary Kinnally of Puerto Rico, Brianna and Daniel Kinnally of Lynn. Also survived by his brothers Robert Kinnally of Chelsea, Henry Kinnally and wife AnnMarie of Revere, and sister Carolyn (Kinnally) Cote and husband William of Billerica. He was predeceased by his brothers Daniel, Raymond, David and John.
Mr. Kinnally’s funeral will be held from the CUFFE-McGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple Street, Lynn, MA on Wednesday at 8AM. Funeral Mass at St. Pius V Church, Lynn at 9AM. Burial to follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours Tuesday from 4-8PM.
