Mr. Earl T. Colby, 49 of Lynn died Tuesday May 6, 2014.
Earl was born in Lynn, son of the late Earl Colby and Lucille M. (Melanson) Colby. He was a lifelong resident of the City and was a graduate of Lynn Vocational and Technical Institute Class of 1983. He also attended Fitchburg State College.
Earl worked as a Union Electrician for several years.
He was loved by his three children and was known as a nice guy.
He was a devoted father to Ashleigh T. Welch, Earl E. Colby and Michael C. Colby all of Lynn. He was the brother to Diane E. Colby of Lynn, Vicki Colby of Peabody and the late Sherry A. Colby. He is also survived by his nieces Toni Costantino, Emily Barrett, Jenelle Bell and many aunts, uncles, cousins and devoted friends.
Earl’s Funeral Service will be Monday in the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple St. Lynn at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visitation will be Monday from 9 AM. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
