He was born in Neptune, New Jersey, on February 22, 1947, son of the late Francis Sutphin and the late Lois Sutphin. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Carolyn Franzwick and Susan Grey.
Jeffrey proudly served his country in the United States Army and was retired from the Public Works Department of the Borough of Eatontown, NJ. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles and archery.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Carol W. Sutphin; two sons, Travis Mark Sutphin and wife Elizabeth and Lance Francis Sutphin; a brother, Barry Sutphin; four grandchildren, Connor Patrick Sutphin, Dean Patrick Sutphin, Gavin Lucas Sutphin and Jackson Kendell Sutphin. He also leaves behind his four legged “Brown Eyed Girl” Molly Grace.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
