Grace Eagle Campbell

Born on May 5, 1925, in Appomattox County, she was the daughter of the late John Asa Eagle and the late Tencie Martin Eagle Jamerson. Grace retired from Craddock Terry Shoe Corporation and she enjoyed cross stitching, needle point work, sewing, gardening, and canning. She loved her family and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, John D. Eagle, Thomas W. Eagle, Robert A. Eagle, Jessie L. Eagle, Lloyd F. Eagle, Charles Jamerson, Jr.; and her sister, Sissy Cannon.

Grace is survived by her daughter, Joyce Milliran and husband, Robert; sons, Kinkle Wade Campbell and Richard Earl Campbell and wife, Jeanie; eight grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; and sister, Ann Campbell.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Celebrant Carol Tyree officiating. Interment will follow at Fort Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service starting at 1 pm.
