She was the loving wife of the late Mack Creasy. Born on September 5, 1943 in Logan, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Jannigee Chambers.
Mrs. Creasy was most proud of her greatest accomplishment which was graduating college in her sixties. She enjoyed playing computer games and spending time with her grandchildren. She was retired from General Electric and Ericsson after more than 20 years of service. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Creasy was preceded in death by her sisters; Gayle Lee and Penelope Rose.
She is survived by a daughter; Patricia Farris and husband Bill and a son Randy Hall and his wife Anne all of Lynchburg. She is also survived by four grandchildren; Brandon Farris and wife Lorin, Adam Farris and wife Crystal, Jacob Hall and Zoe Hall as well as five great grandchildren; Logan Farris, Dillon Farris, Kayleigh Farris, Samantha Farris and Ava Farris, a sister; Carmie Chambers and two brothers; Derick Chambers and his wife Beth, Dale Chambers and his wife Norma.
The family would like to offer special thanks to the staff of Seven Hills Hospice for their loving care and devotion to their mother.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 3, 2016 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm at Whitten Timberlake Chapel. Funeral services will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Seven Hills Hospice, 2250 Murrell Road, Lynchburg, VA 24501.
