Brenda Bryant Maddox, 60 of Lynchburg, passed away February 17, 2001. She is survived by her husband, of 43 years, Ronald L. Maddox.,
Born December 13, 1950, in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of the late Robert L. Bryant and is survived by her mother, Louise Maddox Bryant. She was employed at Support Services of Central Virginia, and was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church.
Survivors also include two daughters, Ronda M. Evans, of Forest, and Becky M. Reynolds and husband Ray, of Lynchburg; six brothers, Robert Bryant and wife Gloria, of Elizabeth City, NC, Steve Bryant and wife Donna, of Atlanta, GA, Jon Bryant, of Lynchburg, Chris Bryant and wife Tara, of Forest, Keith Bryant and wife Karen, of Roanoke, and Kevin Bryant and wife Renee, of Lynchburg; five granchildren, Tony W. Evans and fianc'e, Nicole Storey, Jeramy R.L.Reynolds, Aundrea M. Evans, Josh W. Evans, and Russell M. Reynolds; two loving dogs, Puff, and Baby, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2011, at Whitten Timberlake Chapel conducted by the Rev. D. Jack Hamilton.
The family will receive friends from 12-1:00 p.m. prior to the memorial service, and other times at the residence.
The family request memorial contributions be made to the Ronald McDonald House. 300 9th Street S.W. Charlottesville, Va 22902.
