Ann Darlene Wilkinson

In addition to her parents Ann was preceded in death by her son Anthony "Tony" Pitts; daughter-in-law Dawn F. Pitts, granddaughter Katherine Renee Pitts; daughter-in-law Brandy W. Pitts; three brothers Emory Wise, Charles Wise (Mary), William "Bill" Wise; two sisters Jean W. Dillon, Jewell W. Davis; and a brother-in-law Thelbert Davis.

Those left to cherish Darlene's memory include her husband Phillip L. Wilkinson, whom she met back in 1986. They were married in December of 2016. Regardless of how sick she was, Darlene was always loved and took care of her husband. She firmly believed in putting others before herself.

Darlene also leaves behind three sons Christopher A. Pitts (Jennifer), William "Matt" Pitts, Jacob O. Pitts (Jennifer); eight grandchildren Amber Adams (Lorenzo), CJ Greer (Linda), Jessica Pitts (Trevor), Tyler Pitts (Amanda), Alexis McCune (Richard), Makayla Woolard, Bailey Pitts, Riley Pitts; her sister Debra Bryant (Thomas); and her 13 great-grandchildren.

She also leaves behind the love of her life, her little dog "Milo" who hasn't left her side, since she's been sick!

The family will be honoring her life Wednesday, May 29th, 2024 at 2:00pm, at the Bicentennial Chapel at Old City Cemetery on Taylor Street.
