Graveside services for Susan Alice Teutsch, 83, of Lufkin, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 4, 2023 in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park, with Reverend M. E. Lyons officiating.

Susan was born December 25, 1939 in Lufkin, Texas, the daughter of the late Lettie Mae (Burke) and Lovick T. Womack. She passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at her residence.

Susan was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved cooking, gardening and reading her Bible. She enjoyed being around family and friends.

Survivors include her son, Biff Teutsch of Lufkin; daughter-in-law, Mary K. Teutsch; grandchildren, Lesley Teutsch, John Teutsch, Abbie Teutsch, Averi Teutsch, Caleb Crawford, and Noah Crawford; sister, Sally Smith and husband Joe of Lufkin; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert James Teutsch, Jr.; sons, James Kit Teutsch and Wesley J. Teutsch; and brothers, Danny Womack and Blitz Womack.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon at the funeral home.
