She was married to Billy Joe Bevers, Sr. on July 12, 1969.
Rosa worked at Texas State Department of Health for 30 years.
She was survived by her children, Rosa Elaine Ferrari and Billy Joe Bevers, Jr.; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
