Robert Owen Graves Jr.

He honorably served his country in the branch of the US Navy, during the Korean conflict and has received a military honor for his services to his country. For a career Robert spent many years driving truck and doing whatever it took to provide for his family. Robert was a father to 5 kids during his 51-year marriage to his wife Oma.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Oma Graves; brother, Johnny; 2 children, Rhonda and Ray, 4 grandchildren: Robert, Rebecca Danielle, John Robert and Jalissa Marie.

Robert is survived by his siblings, Tina Maria Lutz, Shirley Joe Fleming, Franklin Greaves and Ann Ross; children: Linda Mae Green of Anton, Bobby and Lisa Graves of Lubbock, and John Graves and Eileen Anderson of Smyer; 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great grandchildren.

Robert lived such a fulfilling life and will leave such a wonderful legacy for his large family and friends and will be greatly missed; many will always cherish the life they shared with him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, October 30, 2020 in Resthaven's Abbey Chapel.
