Richard Lee Daniel of Lubbock passed away on Friday, Aug. 30, 2013 at the age of 49. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 6, 2013 at Resthaven Funeral Home. Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013 in Resthaven’s Abbey Chapel. Immediately following graveside service, family and friends will gather at Silver Village community room at 5401 54th street.
He was born on Dec. 18, 1963 in Lubbock, Texas. Ricky grew up and attended school in Lubbock. He dearly loved his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He also loved tending to his garden and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his brother Robbie and sister Sherrill.
Those left to cherish his memory are his parents: Ronnie and Sandy Daniel, Sandra and Robert Pool; companion Cheryl McMillan; step sister Shannon Hyden; six nieces and nephews that he dearly loved, a large extended family including many aunts, uncles and cousins and many, many friends.
