She was born in Archer City, TX on November 2, 1926. Madeliene received an Associates Degree in accounting from South Plains College. She was married to Royce Ellision on January 15, 1955.
Madeliene worked at Reese Air Force base for many years in accounting positions. She lived most of her life in Lubbock, TX, and was a long time member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
Madeliene had a passion for playing bridge. She was a member of several bridge groups. She was a big proponent of education. She always stated, "There is no greater gift that you can give a child than an education."
She is survived by her daughter, Julie Langeberg, grandchildren, Nicole and Lauren Langeberg, sisters, Estella Reissig and Lillian Heinrich. She is preceded in death by her husband, Royce Ellison, and daughter, Patti Doss.
