Linda Kathryn Higgins-Moore

Private Family Services for Linda K. Higgins-Moore 70, of Lubbock will be held at 3 PM, Aug 16, 2018 in Center Point, Tx. She passed from this life June 30, 2018. Linda was born August 2, 1947 in Lubbock, Tx., to the late Winifred and Hazel (Ludlow) Higgins. She graduated from Lubbock High School and attended Texas Tech University and Texas A&M University- College Station. Linda married Dan E. Moore, Jr, May 25, 2013 in Lubbock, Tx. She was employed for many years by the Texas Outdoor Musical Texas at Palo Duro Canyon State Park and later the Disney Theme Parks as a costumer and was involved in the farming and ranching in Texas and Montana. Linda had a passion for teaching others the art of sewing and quilt making.

She was preceded in death by a son Timothy Edward Klattenhoff and a brother, Edward Dee Higgins.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her loving husband, Dan E. Moore, Jr; children, Amanda Christian Wentz and husband Butch, Siobhan Christian Moeller, and Charity Gayle Moeller, Marsha White and husband Rod; a sister Marjorie H. Croninger; grandchildren Beau Wetz and Jonathan White; Mary Alice Hill, Sadie Lee Brandt, Pauline Marie Farmer, Betty Louise Frubaugh and Winfred D. Higgins, Jr
