Charlsie Louise Parker, 85, of Lubbock, Texas, passed away February 21, 2022. She was born in Littlefield, Texas to Ralph and Clara Estelle Davis on December 10, 1936. Charlsie graduated from Smyer High School and received a bookkeeping / accounting degree from American Business College.
She was married to James Edgar Parker on June 26, 1960. They shared 55 years of love together before his passing in 2015.
Charlsie had a career in bookkeeping and accounting. She worked for Robert Heath Trucking, and then became a co-owner of Business Services Unlimited; after she separated from her business, she began working for Stephen Joseph.
She had a passion for sewing and ceramics.
Charlsie is survived by her son Scott Parker and his wife Tanya, daughter Michelle Jones and her husband Cody, grandchildren Gena Parker and Dane Jones, step grandchild Ryan Main, and her sister Darlene Dolle.
A visitation will take place Tuesday, March 1, 2022, from 5:00PM – 7:00PM at Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at 1:00PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Abbey Chapel.
