Bruce was an alumni of Monterrey High School. He obtained his pilot’s license and was a proud owner of a Cessna 182 RG. He was known for waking early and taking flying trips to small towns for breakfast. Bruce also enjoyed the great outdoors, traveling, or hanging out by his pool. He also took many vacations to scuba dive or snow ski.
In 1974 Bruce became a successful owner and operator of a local Lubbock body shop, Texas Body & Frame. He was well known in the business & community for rebuilding corvettes that were totaled, as well as sectioning two car halves together to look and drive as though they were never damaged. And he did this flawlessly.
He enjoyed life to the fullest and will be missed dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his daughter, Angie Robinson. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his son, Ryan Russell Robinson and wife Linda Ann, his brothers, Robin Dane Robinson and Philip Lynn Robinson; and his previous wives: Sherry Ann Berry, DeEdrah
D. Perry, Elena, and Tatyana Ovsyuk.
His life will be honored and celebrated on Friday, May 5, 2023 in Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with a 10am Memorial Service. Interment will follow.
