Betty Genelle Jones died Monday May 28, 2012 at her home in Ransom Canyon. She was born October 10, 1932 in Floydada, TX to C.B. and Christine Harris. Betty married J.L. Bridgeman December 16, 1951. They were married until his passing January 11, 1986. She married Bill Jones January 7, 1989 and they were married until his passing June 1, 1991. Betty is survived by 4 children, Sharon Trusty of Lubbock, Jerry and Christine Bridgeman of Fredericksburg, VA, Debra and Michael Moore of Arlington, TX and Larry and Sue Bridgeman of Lubbock, TX; sister, Janiece and Gary Owen of Midland, TX; 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday May 31, 2012 at Resthaven Funeral Home from 5 to 7 PM. A graveside service will be on Friday June 1 at 10 AM in Resthaven Memorial Park with Rev. Bruce Cotton officiating.
