Paula Ruth Wiley

Paula Ruth Wiley, age 63, passed away on Saturday April 11, 2015 at her home in Cobb, California. She was born to the late Paul and Nell Miller on January 17, 1952, in Akron, Ohio. Her childhood years were spent in Portage Lakes, Ohio where she graduated from Coventry High School.

Early in her career, she worked in Solon, Ohio as an Administrative Assistant at Stouffer’s Foods where she always took great pride in her work. In the early 90’s, she moved to California where she raised her three children who gave her much joy and happiness. Paula had many talents that included decorating her home, cooking and being a wonderful seamstress. She loved listening to music, laughing and spending time with her family. Over the years she has touched many people with her smile and kindness, and she will be missed dearly.

Paula is survived by her husband Dale Wiley; her daughters, Ashley Mertensotto and Christina Mertensotto, and son, Justin Wiley; her sisters Nancy Adams and Claudia (Mike) Putt and their children.

A small, private memorial service will be held with family and close friends on Saturday, April 25. 2015.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, P. O. Box 650309 Dallas, TX 75265-0309 in Paula’s name.
