James R. "Jim" Wallen, 63, of Loveland, Colorado passed away Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Medical Center of the Rockies. He was born on September 2, 1961 in Martin, Kentucky to Herman Wallen and Carol Jean Wallen.
For all who were lucky enough to know Jim, they knew he was larger than life and one in a million.
Jim was the heart and soul of his family and is survived by his wife, Robbi Ann Rainwater of Loveland; daughter, Nikki (Robert) Gaedecke of Anchor Point, Alaska; son, Michael (Jess) Wallen of Loveland; his 14 grandchildren, James, Laryssa, Makenna, Elizabeth, Nova, Elly, Connor, Jodith, Nevaeh, Hecktor "PJ", Diana, Aidan, Willa and Ava; two great-grandchildren; aunts and uncles, Brenda (Rod) Wells, Donna (Paul Hunt) Thompson, and Barb (Eddie Wayne) Shepard; his very loved nieces and nephews and their families and friends near and far.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Jimmy and Buddy Joe, his brothers, Mike and Tim Wallen, his mom, Carol, dad, Blake, dad, Herman and his grandparents and great-grandparents.
