Wanda Rhea Ebner, 89, of Louisville, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at the Christian Health Center. She was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. Wanda was a past member of Southside Christian Church and a member of the ladies bible study there. She was a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher and participated in the choir. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband Lee.
Preceded in death were her parents, Grover Cleveland and Rena Neil Jenkins, and her loving son, Vernon Snyder.
Left to cherish her memory is her devoted husband of 52 years, Lee Ebner; daughter, Dian Kutansky (Nikki); daughter-in-law, Wanda Snyder; grandson, Nikola Kutansky; sister-in-law, Billie Ruth Kelly and several nieces and nephews.
Wanda's Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will also be on Thursday from 12-2 at the funeral home.
