Toni Lynn Decker, 67, of Louisville passed away on Thursday June 29, 2023. She was born on February 3, 1956 in Louisville to the late Hubert Cecil and Gertrude Lee (Caswell) Ralston. She was a Christian by faith and a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Adam Wendell Parsons, and a granddaughter, Elizabeth Parsons. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Lola Lee Stein, April Lynn Parsons, Amy Marie Zheng, and Benjamin Tyler Parsons; a sister, Carolyn Sue Tinsley; grandchildren, Molly, Livia, Emily, Bryan, Andrew, Ali, River, and Natalie; and 9 great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Decker will be held at 11 am on Friday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with entombment to follow in Evergreen Mausoleum.
